      How can I find information on specific title(s)? | 
        
   
    | There are two ways on this website 
      that you can use to find the title(s) you need. You can type in the title's 
      ISBN (International Standard Book Number), the 10 or 13-digit identifying 
      number, author's name or part of the title's name in the search box (upper 
      right-hand corner of every page). If you have no idea about the author's 
      name, ISBN or the title's name, you can search the titles on the Advanced 
      Search page by selecting the category, language level, language skill, 
      annotation language, merchandise format and publication date. |

      Can I order online instead of having to email or phone my order in? | 
        
            
    | WINCLC provides a secure online 
      shopping cart for individuals and corporate clients. A new client needs 
      to create a WINCLC ID (your valid email address) free by clicking the "New 
      Client" button, fill in shipping information and then place an online 
      order. You can also place an order by e-mail or phone in 
      contact with WINCLC Department of Client Service. |

      Will WINCLC ship to my country? How long it takes to process the order and

      shipping methods below, WINCLC can ship to virtually any address in the

          Once an order has been placed, we'll usually process the order within one 
      business day and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the client's email 
      address. We'll dispatch the order after the payment has been confirmed by 
      WINCLC finance department.

      for most of our clients to pay online via a VISA/Master/JCB/AE card, it's 
      more economic for our trade clients to pay through bank transfer (TT) or 
      Western Union if they intend to get more discounts for a bulk order. When 
      an international order is paid by a VISA/Master/JCB/AE card, the payment 
      gateways (third-party service providers) will deduct part of the order total 
      amount as their handling charges. For this reason, our clients who make 
      payment through a bank or Western Union transfer can get additional discount. |
